Love this bracelet!
I got this and I went to cut off the tag and cut the bracelet string, I asked NOGU if I could send it back to be repaired and I would pay and they said they would send me a new bracelet and they did. Excellent customer service and this is very important to me. I love this bracelet and I am still going to send back the one I broke so they can fix it for someone else.
